| Additional information: |
| The anti-oxidative effect of synthetic peptide analogue was concentration dependent. TTYY showed 13.6% up to 59.6% radical scavenging property within a range of 0.18 mM to 18 mM, respectively. The concentration of 1.8 mM revealed significant radical scavenging properties of 28.2% equivalent to 48 mg TEAC*/g sample. *TEAC - Trolox Equivalent Antioxidant Capacity |
